Nyligen renoverat, vår bach (faktiskt mer en strand hus!) erbjuder vacker utsikt, bra sol och en plats att verkligen koppla av i, vilket gör det till den perfekta platsen för en sommarresa.

Sova 7 personer detta är en modern och ren plats för familjer och vänner att njuta av alla Kapiti kusten har att erbjuda. Sky TV, grillplats och gunga för barnen gör det här perfekt för avkoppling! Fullt utrustat kök och extra pentry nere är bekvämt lyx.

Våra bach är en kort (100 meter) promenad från stranden, Queen Elizabeth Park, en lekplats, café, restaurang och är den perfekta platsen att komma bort från allt.

Avsluta dagen med ett avkopplande spa-bad ute under stjärnorna ... lycka till ...

Great little getaway

Spacious and clean. All the comforts of home. Really appreciated being able to chill and cook from home, while enjoying some time out.

A perfect holiday

We have had such a wonderful time. The bach has lots of interesting spaces, not least being the bath on the roof which we just loved as night descended. We also loved the beach, just down a walkway, which was safe for the children and great for walking down. We felt that the bach was a 'proper' bach in that we could relax and enjoy it. Thank you very much for having us.

Great spot for family break

enjoyed the quiet location with easy walk to beach and park. Kids loved exploring the different levels and the outside spa bath. Had everything we needed

Raumati weekend

Great 3 bedroom house. Quiet neighbours. Not overly clean. We did have to clean some of the rooms before we made beds etc. Kitchen was well stocked with all plates, cutlery etc.. lovely views

Home away from home

We loved our stay here. Perfect for what we wanted to do. Beautiful inside and out, great view of Kapiti Island. Only thing i could pick up was that the counters and front of the cupboards were dirty, also some spots on the kitchen floor had drops of food/sauce on it. Other than that it was perfect.Other that that it was perfect.

Matariki weekend

Really awesome balcony space, with sun drenched views of kapiti islandLots of options for watching a good selection of DVDS and had a chrome cast which made it easy. An easy 5 minutes from raumiti beach which wss perfect for sunrise and sunset.The place however was a quite unclean on arrival. There was hair in upstairs bathroom sink, there were dirty dishes in the sink, cowebs in windows, dust visibly in bedrooms, bathrooms, rubbish not being empty (which is understandable, as we couldnt find a bin when leaving)It appeared that no one had come in and cleaned since the last people. The bedding was ok. We brought our own linen, but there were stains on blankets and visibly unwashed. In bed downstairs the bed had some sharp bits in it - maybe an indicator that its seen better reviews. Having said all of this, would stay here again. If a cleaner had come it would have been perfect. It was a lovely space to hang out with friends. The kitchen was unusually well stocked with good kitchen utensils and a plethora of trays, pots to choose from. Lots of different spaces to choose from to hangout and an unmatched view of kapiti island.

Lovely house

The house was a lovely place for my family too spend Christmas. The large living area meant that everyone had space (especially with the rainy days that we had). The proximity to the esplanade and QEII Park were great for walks. Really nice place overall. Communication with property owners was super easy, with an the information we needed.

tranquil location and only a short walk to park and seafront

The property is located in a nice neighbourhood with a short drive to shops and a short stroll to seafront. a relaxing place to stay.

Beautiful beach getaway

This is a great place to stay for a relaxing beach break - easy walking distance to the beach and biking/walking trails. It's two levels work well to give everyone a bit of space.

Stunning Spot

This truly is a home from home and very well laid out. Minutes from the beach and some lovely fish n chips nearby, too. Super easy check in process and great facilities. Would definitely love to visit next time we are in the area. Huge thank you to the hosts for sharing your slice of paradise with us.
