Raumati Delight Walk to the beach, play area & village. Comfy, family feel home

Located just 1km from Raumati Beach Village shops & approximately a 2-minute drive to Coastlands shopping Mall presents this standalone brick & tile home. Boasting a floor area of 120sqm with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (including ensuite).
Spacious living which includes a feature window seat, and opens to sunny outdoor living with a paved courtyard. Generous off-street parking, heat pump, and all the mod cons for you to enjoy.
Fully fenced so safe for children (please ask before assuming pets can come on your holiday with you - and they must stay outside).
So much to do in Raumati. Bring your bikes, (you can store them in the garage) swim at the beach or enjoy the amazing sunsets with fish n chips at the beach. Play area for children a short walk from the house.
Please talk to us before booking if you would like to bring a pet, as we may be able to accommodate this for you.
If you need accommodation for more than 6, please talk to us, as we do have a roll away bed that might suffice for an extra children or the like. If you are booking for a long stay a separate office is available for wfh options. Please request use when booking.
Please note that this is a lived in family home that we rent intermittently. Therefore please expect that there will be clothes in the main bedroom wardrobe and some food in the cupboards. There is free wardrobe space in the queen spare bedroom. We leave condiments in the fridge for your use and any spices/pantry items you need last minute, feel free to use. If this makes you feel uncomfortable, please do not rent this property.

What a wonderful place. Obviously a lot of love and care went into this home. Very spacious and super comfortable beds. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a busy day.

We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids, and it was clean and tidy. We were a bit confused on arrival at the amount of personal belongings in the house (clothes, food etc), like someone had just left, so we could stay.

Great home with lots of extras

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 15 minute walk to the main beach/shopping area and the home has everything you could need, even a patio with a pizza oven. The beds are also super comfy. Thanks for having us!

Paula is an amazing host, nothing was to much hassle , she was super quick to repond to our messages in such a positive manner, I would highly recommend to anyone planning on.looking for a place to stay while in the area. The house was unbelievably clean and had everything you could want , so well appointed with mutiple outdoor areas to enjoy a cold beer while firing up a very generous sized BBQ, the Spa pool was a real bonus! Super clean and a fantastic way to relax for a few hours. Lastly, I have to mention the showers, if like me you enjoy good water pressure to have a decent shower then this is place, it was heaven , like standing in front of a beautifully hot water blaster if you wanted that experience! Thanks Paula, this will ne our first choice when we are next down there.

We were 4 senior women who loved the property and enjoyed our visit. Everything we expected although we did expect a hot tub which we couldn’t find but enjoyed it anyway, Would happily come again.

Cute home in Raumati Beach

The host was amazing with her communication- it was someone’s home but presented well and with 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, lounge and outdoor area it was perfect for our multi generational family stay. There is not a lot of accommodation in Raumati and this home was close to the village shops & beach - about a 10 minute walk or quick drive.

Lovely New Year's stay

A small group of us stayed over New Years. We had a lovely time with a couple BBQs and trips to the beach. Paula was a very welcoming host, having left us some pizza dough to make our own pizzas with which was a hit! If you're looking for a nice wee spot about 15 minutes from the beach this place is perfect. Thank you Paula!

Property was nice. Thought there might be milk for a tea or coffee. One bed had sand in the sheets which was a bit weird so friends weren't sure why. Other one was fine and very comfy. Didn't spend much time in house. Good shower. Thanks

Thanks for your review, pleased you enjoyed your stay and the shower! Good tip about leaving milk, will ensure we do that in the future for guests, especially as we do leave tea and have the coffee machine which we provide the grinds for. I apologise deeply about the sand in the sheets, the only thing I can think off is if we had the sheets on the line and it had been windy. (We recently waterblasted the area where the washing line is, so it had been a bit sandy) We absolutely pride ourselves on the cleanliness of the house, which we often receive good feedback regarding.
