Great getaway

Lovely little property on the main road, away from business of the village but still close enough and very quiet! Great beaches nearby and friendly owner. Would recommend highly

Close to Matakana, but lovely and secluded

Lovely property in beautiful grounds that are obviously treasured and well cared for. Surrounded by beautiful trees and lots of birds song. Great location and very close to Matakana, but far enough away that you feel nice and secluded.

Just fabulous

Lovely cottage. Very comfortable and quiet - the perfect place to relax. Central to markets, cafes, restaurants and near enough to travel to a beach. We loved the selection of books! Thank you Laurette - we would love to return at some in the future.

Great place in Matakana!!

Excellent location— Only one issue is the outdoor grill was not available as it was in disrepair. But beautiful grounds and local forests. Simply fantastic!

Special mother-daughter time away

My daughter and I have just spent 2 days and nights bonding over some special conversations. We needed a place where we could simply be, and focus on what we wanted to talk about. The property was wonderfully suited to this, with its peaceful outlook and comfortable furnishings, and near enough to everything the area has to offer, when we wanted to shift focus. Will definitely be recommending!
