Three villas with Creole architecture as well as a swimming pool and a SPA have been set in a huge flowered park of about 6000 m2 landscaped with species of trees, tropical palms and coconut palms.

The villas "la vi a bel" and "rèv'an mwen" and "ba mwen soley" are available for rent.
The villa is new.
You can enjoy the 7m X 4m communal swimming pool with a 9m2 wading pool with a water height of 35 cm to relax for adults and learn to swim safely for small children. The pool is with a salt treatment and it is fully secured by a railing and a child-resistant gate.
You will also find in the secure pool area a 5-seater jacuzzi reserved for adults only.
For children a new space has just opened, a playground composed of swings, slides, etc.

A private parking lot is located at the entrance of the residence.

The property enjoys a perfect location to enjoy all the hiking trails from Grand Macabou to the Salines passing through the chapel of the Virgin of the Sailors and the pearly point which reveals the heart engraved in the cliff, the blue eye etc ....


We are only a 10 minute drive from the Marina du Marin.
All the most beautiful beaches of the south-east of Martinique are between 10 and 25 minutes drive such as the beach of Anse grosse roche, Cap Macré, Cap Chevalier, the salt flats, the Pointe Marin, the Anse Figuier, the first beaches of Sainte Luce, you can also enjoy the Pointe Faula with its kit surf spot, you will be spoilt for choice.


The villa "Rèv'an mwen" is a T3 accommodation of 75 m2 with its sea terrace. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and a fan, with cupboard and mosquito nets on the windows, a separate toilet, a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
The kitchen opens directly onto the terrace thanks to its serving hatch, it is fully equipped such as oven and built-in microwave, toaster, coffee maker.
The terrace consists of a table for up to six people and a small lounge to enjoy the ocean view.
To keep the tranquility of the place, any party or party is strictly forbidden, the accommodations are non-smoking and pets are prohibited.
The interior of the property as well as that of the bungalow is totally forbidden to any other person who will not be mentioned in the rental agreement.
Parties are forbidden within the residence.
The use of the SPA is reserved for adults only.
