The condo was all clean and ready when we arrived Some say the place was a bit cluttered, but we found it really cozy and everyone loved it. The property management folks were all top notch and very responsive. Loved the place and had a great time. The ski lifts are just a short walk away. Great place!

Fantastic location and 5 minute walk to the Gondola/Ski School. Great unit to relax in after a long day on the slopes. Hot tubs were amazing!

Location Location Location

Warm and cozy condo SO close to the Steamboat Gondola and base village. Only a 5-minute walk! Our stay was well-managed by Retreatia with great communication, easy entry, and clear processes. The condo kitchen was well-equipped, beds were super comfy, great large open group space, lots of hot water, and extra blankets. There are MANY trinkets and antiques on every shelf, table, and in every corner. Hot tubs were awesome, grills were clean, and parking was ample. Great stay!

Great location

The condo is an amazing location and overall great place to stay. A few things weren’t working (oven and fireplace). Property manager brought us a convection oven to use, which we were able to make work. Just an fyi for the owners, it would be great if the rugs throughout the condo were taped down or secured bc they are a tripping hazard, particularly for elderly. We would definitely stay again.

This place is literally about as close a condo as you can get to gondola. It has good sized bed rooms and bathrooms and big living room, but there is a lot of decor taking up some of that space. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Full kitchen, but not a single decent knife and warped sauce pans making cooking a challenge. Some maintenance issues, electric front door lock batteries were dead so we were locked out for a couple of hours. Several dead light bulbs and some flickering ones which was annoying. Parking is right out front which is nice. We would stay there again.

place is ok, real old & needs updating, cluster with stuff everywhere, really needs updating. bathrooms really old, no ski lockers to be found & elevator was broken which means really really noisy close to stairs, that was terrible. but still a nice get away

Perfect location!

This rental is in an amazing location in proximity to the mountain. While it isn’t ski in/out it is steps away. It was clean and had all amenities one would need for vacation. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is it is very dated and cluttered. The owners have so many personal items it feels congested. It is also rather dark in the unit with few overhead lights. Overall we had a great time!
