The living area includes a cozy lounging area with large screen TV as well as a sitting area to relax and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful property.
The bedrooms have a queen pillow top bed and a double pillow top bed as well as closets and dressers for storage. The bathroom is a 4 piece bath with shower, tub, vanity and toilet. There is also complimentary ensuite washer and dryer in the apartment.

There is free off street parking for your car also.

From the front steps of the property you can walk anywhere around the city and only 1 block from the Charlottetown Boardwalk and waterfront.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests receive a full refund for cancellations 30+ days before check-in, 50% up to 15 days prior, and no refund within 14 days; a 4% processing fee is always non-refundable.

Quiet time is 9 pm - 8am is strictly enforced.
No Parties or gatherings.
No seafood cooking (including lobster) in the house.
Only registered guests during quiet times.
1 Pet allowed up to 25lb
Pets are not allowed on sofas and beds and cannot be left unattended.
