I cannot rate this property high enough! The location was fabulous, very easy walking to the game. Communication with the owner was beyond impressive! Had a little hiccup checking in and the house manager was so attentive and helpful! Would absolutely rent the place again!

Perfect for our quick trip to Tuscaloosa for a college visit. Owner was excellent to work with and this 3 day trip went seamlessly. Will definitely use again when in the area.

Great Place

This is our 2nd stay. We were visiting our son for Easter Weekend. The condo is clean and well kept. It has a fully stocked kitchen. The pool is a great place to relax and BBQ. Mike and Diane are two amazing hosts. Look forward to staying again.

This property was clean, convenient to campus and fully stocked for our stay. The property owners were very responsive and accommodating to us. This is a great property and will be added to my favorite places to stay in TTOWN.

Perfect Place

This condo is the perfect place to stay for any Alabama fan! It is super close to anything you could need and very easy to get to. Mike and Diane are very easy to get into contact with and willing to help with anything needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Tuscaloosa!

UA Move In

The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Everything was clean. Bathrooms are large with plenty of towels, soap, etc. Already planning another trip!! The snack bowl was a surprise!! 5+ stars!!

Tuscaloosa Orientation

We were here for my doctoral orientation so I brought my family with me. The condo was perfect, clean, and my kids loved the pool. It’s close to campus and grocery stores. Quiet community, and the check in/check out process is easy. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.

College Weekend

Condo was great. We were in town to visit our freshman daughter at UA and for our son to take a college visit at UA. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Daughter brought over 6 of her “closest friends” to watch UA vs UT football Game. Worked out great!
