[PENTHOUSE-508] Work, Relax & Cook With Great View
Feel home at this new condo located in beautiful Ăle d'OrlĂ©ans. The place is perfect for a relaxing retreat or as a base for remote work.
It has minimalist design & quite spacious. HUGE outside balcony to enjoy view & sunsets.
It is equipped with a functional kitchen, spacious bathroom, AC & high ceilings.
It is a corner unit with no neighbor above or below (VERY quiet), so you can enjoy a perfect sleep away from the city's noises.
Parking is easy and conveniently located next to the unit.
The space
The place is bright with plenty of windows and very spacious. Designer's style with modern vibes. It's a corner unit surrounded by trees with a huge balcony. It is on the 2nd floor, and you can either take the stairs or use the elevator to get upstairs. More details about the condo below :
LIVING DINING & KITCHEN
There is a 65 inch Smart TV (Chromecast Ready) with Prime Video, Youtube, Spotify & ultra comfortable sectional sofa to relax.
There is a dining table with 6 chairs (+2 in each room).
The kitchen is foodie-approved (chef approved too!). There is a fridge, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, cutlery, dishes & super automatic coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher to clean all this up. Please note that it's a HIGH END kitchen and the countertops are in Quartz and Walnut. Special care is needed, but it's not problematic.
BALCONY
There is a HUGE balcony with a picnic table to get some fresh air and enjoy the views of mountains and river. We have Napoleon brand BBQ ready to cook awesome meals.
BEDROOMS
Master bedroom: The bedroom has one queen bed that can fit 2 person with memory foam mattress (Casper!!!) & comfy pillows. Sheets are extremely comfortable and may give you difficulty getting out of the bed. There is a desk & walk-in for your clothes.
Secondary bedroom: The bedroom has one queen bed that can fit 2 person with memory foam + spring mattress & comfy pillows. Sheets are also super comfortable. There is a desk & drawer.
BATHROOM
Bathroom with shower (rain shower) + bath: The bathroom has shower, bath, toilet & lavatory. Shampoo, conditionner, soap & face wash are provided. High quality towels are also provided for capacity of 4 guests.
LAUNDRY ROOM
Laundry room: It has high end washing machine & drying machine. It also has ironing board and iron board.
REMOTE WORK
There is a work desk in the living room with nice view. There is UNLIMITED High Speed (120mbps) WiFi everywhere. There is also a printer & scanner (USB).
Guest access
You will have access to 100% of the condo as well as the huge balcony with nice mountain view!
The condo has its own parking (1). There is an additional shared parking which can be available on demand. We cannot offer the second parking if not requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Other things to note
We provide with amenities (body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, coffee) for ~1 week supply. If you are renting medium/long term, please understand that you will have enough supply for ~1 week and you will need to get yours after you run out (it is not hotel service, unfortunately).
If you need to charge an electric vehicle, we have a TESLA Charger. Please inform us during reservation so we can send you instructions on how to find it.
The balcony and BBQ might not be accessible during winter due to unpredictable snow storms/weather conditions.

Weâre a couple who works from home, loves to travel, eat, and drink. We enjoy creating a space where guests feel at home, with a love for coffee, beautiful views, and cooking. Everything is made with our personal touch, offering a unique experience for everyone who stays with us.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The Ăle d'OrlĂ©ans have TONS of awesome wineries/vineyards (2 within 1 KM from the condo), one craft brewery, many food stops and coffee places. If you are a foodie, you will enjoy this place for its fresh food and agricultural area. It's like being in countryside with picturesque towns, but just a short car ride from the city. There is a golf course on the island as well as one about 30 minutes (Mont-Sainte-Anne).
