Great convenient location with lovely shops nearby! The place was clean and included a parking spot. Check in and check out instructions was lengthy but clear. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

Excellent location. Small but very comfortable and clean apartment. Was a nice touch that there were a few condiments and coffee pods provided. And after spending the last month in Europe, I really appreciated the excellent quality mattress and the good water pressure in the shower! The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly.Highly recommend this location.

Location of the property was ideal. Just steps to Chinatown and Government St for shopping and a 15 minute walk or less to downtown Victoria for sightseeing. Access to the place and garage for parking is easy as well.

Such a brilliant location for myself and friend who didn’t have to rent a car! We accessed places walking and local bus. It felt a safe location too.Flat was quiet,clean and well organised.We ate out as so many local lovely restaurants that weren’t expensive.Would definitely recommend to people.We used sofa bed as well as main double bed.

This property is beautiful and clean. The China Town location is lively and interesting. I had kids with me and my only worry was them breaking things, as there are several glass tables! The kitchen had every thing we needed and the building was quiet. We would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite is exactly as pictured and very clean. Duane was available as needed to answer questions and help with a parking issue (parking issue resulting from building maintenance, nothing to do with rental suite). We made a last minute decision to bring two bikes and Duane helped out there as well by checking on availability of bike stalls in the parkade.For people considering biking, this building is on the Pandora Street bike lane, so easy to get around on bike from here. The underground parking felt very safe for our car and bikes. Lots of restaurants within steps of building. I would definitely stay in this suite again.

Great condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in Victoria and were able to walk to all the city sites from this cute and well-appointed condo. Secure parking garage space was a nice bonus!

Ideal Location!

Once again we found the place ideal for our needs. It was super clean, with all the amenities, and of course the location in Chinatown is hard to beat.We hope that it will be available for our next visit to Victoria!

A Delightful Place to Stay

This is quite possibly the best rental condo we have ever stayed in! Entry instructions were spot on. Condo was immaculate, fresh, comfortable, safe, very well-stocked - I can't think of a thing that was missing! Coudln't ask for a better location - central and yet quiet. Having access to the underground parking spot was a bonus in the city. Host was prompt and friendly with communications. Highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo!

This condo is a beautiful place is a great location! It was a little confusing with the door lock, fobs for garage and elevator, but after you get it figured out it’s not so bad. Actually feels more secure with all the layers of protection. The host was very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend this place!
