  • Another fantastic stay in Victoria

"I have stayed at this particular condo for the last three years on my annual trip to Victoria. The condo has a fantastic location and beautiful views. Chinatown is just a block away. Water taxis are just outside the door. Walking distance to many attractions, such as live theatre, concerts, the Royal BC Museum, and the Inner Harbour. While I generally ate lunch and dinner out, the condo is fully equipped to prepare meals. I would fix my breakfast and tea and sit on the deck overlooking the water every morning. The condo comes with a parking spot in the secured underground parking lot. Colleen is always a pleasure to deal with and has always provided suggestions on activities that might interest me."

  • Great location, great view

"Four of us stayed in this lovely condo. Radie from Victoria Royal Vacations, was easy to work with and let us in with ease. It is in a perfect location but it is in the city so the one down side is there is street noise. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We didn't get to use the rooftop area because it was too cold and windy. We did look at it and it is beautiful"

  • Way Cool House

"My wife booked this lovely house over the Christmas holidays, we have a daughter going to University of Victoria...we thought it would be a great treat, to all be together over the Christmas holidays...wow, is all I can say! The house is so unique and funky. I loved cooking in the kitchen, which is pretty well all glass, which over looks a grove of Gary Oak trees..it was extremely peaceful. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, with good quality pots and pans.... We played lots of games in the evening, in the very large living room...lots of room to play charades, we also enjoyed tennis matches on on Wi. I am not big on saunas but my wife and daughter had an infared sauna every night before bed and then started there mornings outside in the hot tub We spend lots of days hiking around Thetis lake which was only about 5 min away....wonderful trails if you like hiking. We were only about 15 min to downtown, but seemed like we were so much further as the house was so peaceful We would certainly recommend it"

  • Comfort, Convenience, Cleanliness in Central Victoria with short walk to The Empress!

"My husband and I were looking for a romantic Victoria getaway and we are so pleased that we found the loft. Cleanliness and a great sleep are both paramount to us and it was obvious that this owner really cares. The linens, sheets and amenities are of the highest quality and there were little designer touches and art everywhere. The bed was super comfortable and I was particularly pleased with the great water pressure in the shower. The wifi connection was fabulous, and the designer couch in the sitting room was so comfy that a couple of nights we just lounged and stayed in. We rented bikes for our stay, but if you have a rental car, a car parking stall is included (not easy to find this in central Victoria!). The ceiling to floor windows open on to historical Waddington Alley which is foot traffic only, so you thankfully miss out on traffic noise. I really wanted to find a location near The Empress Hotel and this did not disappoint as it was a very short walk away. You enter through a locked gate in to a private courtyard where you can lock up your rental bikes and then you enter another locked door to the elevator which takes you up to The Loft. We spent quite a few sunsets sipping our wine and watching the boats entering the harbor on the private roof terrace just one floor up. We highly recommend this little Victoria gem. Book early though! If you are lucky enough to stay, try two of our favorite restaurants right in Waddington Alley around the corner: Terrazzo (phenomenal, romantic and super popular among the locals. You will need a booking) and Willie's for the best breakfast ever!"
