  • The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

"The property was well located near the center of the city. We very much enjoyed our stay. We had two minor problems upon arrival but the owners were very prompt in correcting the problems. We would definitely stay there again."

"We rented the main house, two adults two teens. This property is superbly located for easy walking access to downtown Victoria and is opposite the large Beacon Hill Park. Cook Street Village (supermarket, restaurants, coffee) is two blocks away. The house is as described, very clean and well stocked, plenty of dishes etc, also foil, cling wrap, toilet paper, washing supplies (I have stayed many places which provide nothing beyond the basics). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room, four bedrooms, 2 double 2 single. Nancy, the property manager was very helpful and easy to deal with. The house is beautiful and this was one of the best VRBO properties we have stayed in. I have no hesitation recommending this property."

  • Great location for exploring Victoria

"Stylish studio condo in perfect location for exploring Victoria, just a short block off of Wharf Street which is the border of Downtown Victoria. From it, a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown, 10 min walk along the waterfront to inner harbor. The property matched the listing description, was clean and well maintained, was across the street from Canoe Brewpub and a few blocks from Swans with countless restaurants all within walking distance. Great view, 180 degrees; very comfy bed. It was cloudy/rainy while we were there, but I imagine you'd get great sunsets. Will add that the correspondence with the owner and representatives was excellent. We were met at the property and given a whole tour, not just given a key. That was a nice touch. And because we came on the clipper and our phones didn't work in Canada, it was especially nice that we were well accommodated by someone who was waiting for us to arrive as we couldn't just call when we arrived. Yes, there is a fair amount of urban noise here ranging from music at the nearby brewpub, festive groups outside, seagulls/trash service in the a.m. etc. so I will admit it isn't the quietest place. It did not bother us. I would highly recommend this rental."

  • Great location and excellent property owners

"This property was perfect for the family wedding we attended in August 2016. The location is great for families and couples alike. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor is also great! The patio was an awesome setting to relax in and we even had an amazing owl stop by on the garage roof one night for a visit! This property is also located only 1 block away from the best ice cream shop, which was fantastic for everyone. We also would highly recommend taking in the "goat stampede" at BeconHill Park. Well worth the stop if you have kids! Would DEFINATELY stay here again!"
