The home is centrally located, a few steps from the event park and a short walk from the Lookout Park, the Event Park and the lake front shuttle stop to the 70-slip marina. Lookout Park features a children’s play area, large open field, a pickleball court, outdoor fireplace, community grill, pool & hot tub!

This three-story house was completed in June 202O and has outstanding lake views from almost every room in the home. Lake Escape overlooks a large green space and features extensive sun decks for mountain, lake and downtown views.

The main living area is on the middle floor with a completely open floor plan for gathering with family and friends. The open dining room area with views of the lake seats 8 with 2 additional seats at the kitchen island. There is also plenty of additional storage space in the pantry located off the kitchen/dining area as well as a half bath.
The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need for your cooking pleasure, including all the basic spices. In addition, there is a coffee maker that uses both Keurig pods and ground coffee, coffee grinder, a French press, and blender.

In the upper level, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper level master suite has vaulted ceiling, king bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, dual sinks, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds share a bathroom. There are ceiling fans and black-out blinds in the all the bedrooms on the upper level to keep you cool and comfortable.

In the lower level, you'll find a large media/game room, the fourth bedroom with bunk beds and a queen bed, a full bathroom and a spacious laundry room. The media/game room has an air hockey table, Xbox(bring your games) and many board games and puzzles for hours of fun for the whole family. There is an electric fireplace to warm you up on those cold winter nights while snuggled upon the couch with your favorite book.

Smart TV's are located in the main living area, master bedroom and downstairs media room. All TV's have DVD/Blu-Ray players with free Wi-Fi and extended TV service provided.

But more than the house itself is the expansive outdoor living spaces, with a massive deck over the garage, a wrap-around deck off the living room, and front porch. The large deck has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and a lounging area that hosts a couch, two large chairs with ottomans. There is a large adjustable umbrella for your sun protection. The propane BBQ grill is available to complete your outdoor fun. The wrap-around deck boasts a large 6-7 person hot tub with lake views to keep you warm on those cold winter nights or just to enjoy the lake view while relaxing. The front porch has two comfy chairs and an ottoman and it's the perfect place to enjoy an early morning beverage and read the paper or simply relax.

For those who need to work, Lake Escape includes a fast WIFI network, a desk/monitor/keyboard set up in the lower level media/game room, and a desk/monitor in the master bedroom.

Dogs are welcome but they must be under Dogs are welcome but they must be under 50 pounds and crate trained. A dog bed, water, and food bowls are provided. This home features quick access to hiking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, kayaking, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, or just experiencing the quant shops that downtown Chelan has to offer.
