We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The house was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing, which made settling in easy. Overall, it was very clean, though there were a few minor dusting issues on some of the furniture.The outdoor space was a highlight—the pool was a lot of fun, and we really enjoyed spending time outside. The game room was also a big plus and kept everyone entertained.The neighborhood was nice and quiet, with convenient driving access to nearby stores and activities. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

It was a beautiful house. We loved the pool, pool table, and different games provided. The big walk-in shower was also a plus. The landscaping was gorgeous as well. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

I appreciated how responsive Howard was, and the property itself was as described. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness upon arrival. The floors did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned, which was especially concerning since I had an 11-month-old crawling around. There was quite a bit of long, dark hair on the floors, cobwebs in the closets, and both live and dead spiders around the windows. We also noticed what appeared to be pet hair on the bedsheets.I reached out to Howard about the issues, and to his credit, he responded quickly and had the cleaning crew return to address them. I appreciated how promptly he handled the situation, but having to deal with the cleaning concerns after arrival was still an inconvenience. Overall, the property matched the listing and the host was responsive, but I would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness at check-in.

Wonderful stay

We had 11 adults 4 dogs and the house was perfect! We were there for new years and it was amazing to hear all of the fireworks go off like canons all around us at midnight! What a fantastic way to bring in the new year!! Everyone loved the game room and pool! The whole place is just cozy and homey! We loved the experience! The host is so kind and responsive! We just really enjoyed ourselves!Great place, great stay!!

Enjoyable

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The property manager was very quick to respond, and the home was so clean, and just perfect. They provided us with plenty of extra towels, and a lot of extras so we were able to enjoy ourselves. We stayed 4 nights, and we will definitely stay at this home again if we ever come down to Springs again.
