Wow! An Icon Beachfront Condo
A beautiful spacious one king bedroom with Black-out blinds. Designer kitchen appliances: fridge, freezer with ice maker, full size microwave, stove top, and oven. In-suite full size washer and dryer and Smart TV. The condo has nine foot plus ceilings and is a corner unit with wrap around balconies and floor to ceiling opening windows. Lovely cross ventilation, plus great air conditioning, freshly painted and modern comfortable furniture. WiFi, cable TV, including a wide variety of English movie and news channels. Enjoy the very safe beach where you can swim, walk or jog. There is a private beach bar with drink and food service and drink service at the pool. The pool area is huge, 500 feet of infinity pools, plenty of chaise lounges and shade umbrellas for everyone. Lovely gardens and lounging areas in addition. There is also a breakfast restaurant where you can get a good very reasonably priced meal. The ICON is a wonderful complex with a fully equipped gym, pool table, Foosball, extensive spa and even a private movie theater. You are a 5 minute walk to large grocery store. The Peninsula Plaza with banks, restaurants and Starbucks is 5 minutes south. A ten minute walk takes you to La Isla shopping center with more restaurant choices. Across the street is La Dolce Vita Italian and La Vaca Argentina Steakhouse. Only a short taxi or bus ride to the Malecon. There is a very friendly concierge team and great cleaning staff help with all your needs. Gated community, security 24/7 and underground parking.

We love the ICON's central location and the truly helpful and friendly staff. The design of the complex puts a smile on your face and the way it is designed to feature the beautiful ocean and marina views is special. We look forward to hosting you at our condo.

The grounds are unique and beautiful and there are many amenities such as: a full service spa, a private theater, an office center, private beach bar and a large very well equipped. gym. You can also hire a private chef or book the barbecue at the beach. There is an extensive concierge service and security personal around the clock. You also have secure underground parking.
