This unit and this condominium are a must stay. This unit includes free Wi-Fi, television (English and Spanish channels) in the living and bedroom, a washer and dryer, a full kitchen, dining area, coffee maker, and plenty of room to relax. Free private parking is also available upon request. The condominium amenities include a large, heated pool suitable for handling morning laps or watching the evening sunset, a gym, a business center, a restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and a beach bar for quenching your thirst as you lounge by the pool and ocean. I highly recommend this unit. I absolutely loved the corner location with stunning views from every angle. All the furnishings were very comfortable and everything in the unit worked as expected. Leo was very easy to deal with and always prompt with his response which made us feel like we were being looked after. Go ahead and book this condo and enjoy your stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Room was very clean, great view! Outdoor furniture was very comfortable, living area had wifi and tv, if you wanted to watch, but we spent our time outside. Love access to beach, restaurants could use more choices, as we did not cook in our room. The bathroom needs some upkeep, door to hallway couldn't close properly and toilet seat needs adjustment, but overal a great place to stay.

This was our second time staying at the Icon and it was everything we expected and more. Check in went smoothly with Rangel showing us around unit and answers to our questions/concerns. The condo was as described and bed was very comfortable. The Icon staff were all very helpful and attentive. We will definitely return very soon!

We were met by Rangel, the property agent. We both had connections in the Reno Nevada area which made our comfort level very high. The moment we walked in and saw the high ceiling windows to floor, we knew we made the right choice. The views of the marina were spectacular. The pool was so inviting and the entire staff on property were very friendly.
