Waterfront Escape in Central Location
This absolute waterfront house at Amity Point on North Stradbroke Island is the perfect island escape from the hustle and bustle of city living.
Sandy Shores offers 3 bedrooms with reversed cycle air-conditioners and queen beds that all open onto the open plan living areas. The sunroom has two sets of single bunks and a powder room. Please note that the weight limit for each bunk bed is 60 kilograms. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space has a firebox for those cooler months along with an electric heater. Combined with the air-conditioners in the bedrooms and natural sea breezes, the house is comfortable all year round. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stovetop, microwave/convection oven, air fryer and crock pot and, combined with the George Foreman cooker and the four burner flat plate BBQ, has all appliances and utensils needed to cook up a storm. The large dining table comfortably seats 10 and the smart TV and free Wi-Fi allows guests to stay connected during their visit. The front of the property is all glass so as not to obscure the breath-taking views out over the water. Sliding doors off the dining area and a bay of casement windows with gas struts in the kitchen create that authentic indoor/outdoor living experience.
The house is fronted by a spacious deck with outdoor dining furniture and the yard offers mature trees that provide dappled shade throughout the day. Staying this close to the bay offers a unique experience where you are immersed in mother nature’s splendour, from the myriad of marine life regularly spotted from the rock wall, to the koalas and kangaroos that live in and around the township.
The back deck houses the laundry with top-loader washing machine, dryer and ample storage/hanging space. A large outdoor shower accessed from this deck offers complete privacy and with hot and cold taps, most guests will be wanting to shower outdoors. Perfect after a day of sun, surf and sand.
While the main draw of Sandy Shores Holiday House is its waterfront position, the central location of this property within the Amity Point township is unbeatable and the amenities will make your stay convenient and easy.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
