• Laundry Room: Equipped with a second fridge and washing machine, the laundry room provides all the essential amenities for your convenience.
• Open Plan Living Area: This spacious living area includes a dining area with seating for up to six people. The lounge area comfortably seats six, complete with a TV, a lamp, and an air conditioner for added comfort. The kitchen boasts plenty of bench space, a large fridge, an oven and stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and a Nescafé pod machine. The kitchen also offers beautiful river views, making meal preparation an enjoyable experience.
Upstairs:
• Bedrooms: The upstairs level offers three large rooms. Two bedrooms come with a queen size and a double bed, with the second room also offering a single bed. The third bedroom is furnished with three single beds, perfect for family or guests. The large master bedroom features an ensuite and access to a private balcony.
• Living Area: A comfortable living space with a large L-shaped lounge, a TV, a split-system air conditioner and direct access to the balcony.
• Office Space: A designated area to set up and catch up on work, offering a quiet and productive environment.
Outdoor Area:
• Balcony: The outdoor balcony is ideal for afternoon gatherings, offering picturesque water views. You can lounge on one of the sun lounges, enjoy a book, or listen to a podcast while soaking in the serene surroundings.
• Downstairs Entertaining Area: The entertaining space downstairs features a six-burner BBQ and an 8-seater dining area, with the option to extend seating arrangements for larger gatherings. The secure backyard is fully fenced on water side with access to the river, and there is a place to moor your boat for easy water access.
• Kayaks and paddles are provided for guests, however you will need to provide your own lifejackets.
