The Space: This spacious coastal retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views.
Upper Level The main level features two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a central bathroom with a separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need, including a pod-style coffee machine to start your mornings right. The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light, with front and rear decks providing the ideal spot to relax and take in the breathtaking lake and ocean views.
Lower Level (External access only) Downstairs, a second living space offers additional room to unwind. This level also includes a combined bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet, a kitchenette, and two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other featuring a double bed plus a set of bunks, making it perfect for families or groups. There are 2 porta cots (bring your own linen) & one highchair available for guest use.
The backyard leads directly onto the Tuross Head Golf Course, offering easy access for golf lovers. While the grounds are not fully fenced, a custom-built, fenced, and gated pet run ensures a secure space for your small furry friends to enjoy.
Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire property, including both levels and all outdoor spaces, with the exception of a store room on the ground floor and the garden shed, which are not accessible.
Upper Level: Entry is via the front deck. This level includes the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, two queen bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet, and front and rear decks with beautiful views.
Lower Level: Accessed externally, this self-contained space features a second living area, a kitchenette, a combined bathroom/laundry with a separate toilet, and two additional bedrooms.
The rear garden backs directly onto the Tuross Head Golf Course, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. While the property is not fully fenced, a custom-built, fenced, and gated pet run is available for those bringing small pets.
Off street carport and driveway parking is available. Please do not park on the grass.

𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀; Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁; A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Sea View Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀; Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the start will receive a 50% refund. The booking fee is not refundable. Upon cancellation, if within the cancellation policy’s time frame, if the guest has paid for their booking via card, the guest will receive their set refund minus card payment processing fees.
𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀; Guest numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 10 persons including adults & children.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at SeaView @ Tuross Head. The property is non smoking internally.
