We loved our stay in Perth and a big reason for it was this Villa! The pictures are very accurate - lovely spacious rooms, living space, kitchen, and pool. Check in was easy and the villa was very clean. Maggie was very responsive to any questions we had, which eased a lot of our anxiety. The villa is very well located to enjoy all Perth has to offer. We were never too far from any of our activities! The Villa is also located close to major city bus stops if you aren’t able to drive. It was nice to come home to a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood after a busy day, with shopping centres closely located. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend!!

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The house was immaculately clean and offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—perfect for unwinding. The interior design was absolutely stunning, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel both elegant and cozy. It genuinely felt like being home. Communication with the host was excellent throughout—prompt, clear, and kind. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking comfort, beauty, and a seamless experience.

Villa Morris was everything that we hoped and more! Maggie and Liam were brilliant hosts, the property was absolutely flawless & spotless when we arrived. The photos of the property on the listing were true and correct. We had great communication with Maggie & Liam before and during our stay and we were made to feel at home. We had 6 people (3 couples) and this place was perfect, a master room with ensuite downstairs and 2 big bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. The foxtail palm and sunset on the upstairs balcony each night was a highlight for us! Bbq and Pool area was immaculate and so useable and fun. Having lived in Perth for a year, staying in Villa Morris to show my parents and brother around Australia was the perfect base. I truly hope we come back to Perth just to stay here again!

We are a married couple from the south west! It’s rewarding to know guests leave with special memories from a holiday, family trip, or getaway they’ll always remember.

Why they chose this property

Dianella sits in a sweet spot between Perth City, the airport, and the coast. From your Villa Morris Perth Escape:
• ~16 minutes to Perth CBD
• ~20 minutes to Perth Airport
• ~16 minutes to Scarborough Beach
• ~12 minutes to Karrinyup Shopping Centre

This balance makes it appealing for both locals and visitors, close enough to everything, without being in the middle of the busier suburbs.

What makes this property unique

A large pool and BBQ deck for private use — rare to find this much outdoor entertaining space so close to Perth city.
