Welcome to your dream beach getaway! This gorgeous, totally renovated oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the amenity-rich Princess Royale offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. From the moment you step inside, you'll be wowed by the fresh new paint, stylish LVP flooring, all-new furniture and decor, and even brand-new dishes, pots, and pans—everything has been thoughtfully upgraded for your perfect stay. Decorated in beautiful beachy spa-inspired colors, the condo radiates a calm, coastal vibe. The main bedroom features a plush king bed and an en suite bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. The second bedroom boasts two comfy queen beds, plus there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making it ideal for families or groups. The second bathroom offers a convenient tub and shower combo.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a flat surface cooktop, and small appliances including a Keurig, mixer, and blender—perfect for preparing meals or your favorite tropical drinks. A full-sized washer and dryer add everyday convenience, and streaming TVs with Direct TV access keep everyone entertained. Step outside onto your private oceanfront balcony and take in the breathtaking views and soothing sounds of the ocean. This property rents any 4 nights in season, and Any 3+ nights off-season.

Guests enjoy access to a variety of resort-style amenities, including a fitness center (open 7am–11pm), a heated indoor pool and hot tubs (10am–10pm, weather permitting), and an additional shared laundry area. Please note: guests must supply their own sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase, which includes sheet sets with pillowcases for each bed and towel sets for the condo’s maximum occupancy. These would be delivered on arrival day and picked up on departure day.

Important policies: No room service is available, and the condo is strictly non-smoking, non-vaping, and pet-free. The property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the photos, descriptions, pricing, and amenities listed, and while all are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. The condo was very clean and the view was amazing! We spent a lot of time on the balcony just taking in the ocean. Hairdryers being provided in both bathrooms was a nice surprise as I didn’t see it mentioned in the listing. We had an issue with the TV but the management company was very responsive and quick to address it.

Very nice condo beautiful ocean front view. Only complain is the mattress in the master bedroom . You can literally feel the springs . For that nightly price the host should definitely put a good quality mattress. Other than that the place is perfect.

View was amazing from the balcony and master bedroom. The place was very clean. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. Liked being able to add the linen and towel package, very convenient with less to pack. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants makes it a great spot. On site restaurant has good food and great view. I do wish you would have at least a roll of paper towels and toilet paper to start. It did state it, but would be very helpful for long travel since many run to the store after checking in. I also wish there was a full size kitchen garbage can: With the space holding 8 people you go through trash a bit faster. All in all it was a great place.

The location of the resort is excellent and a short walk to the beach. Getting to the room was a bit confusing but we figured it out once we brought everything to the unit. Loved having the tiki bar right there for lunch/drinks while at the beach. For the price of the unit, a starter pack of paper products/soaps would be appreciated. The unit was well equipped otherwise. Would stay again.

Good unit. However, the property itself was VERY difficult to navigate. Multiple elevators to get to the unit, which they should really mention. The route to the get anywhere is incredibly confusing, winding through hallways. No signage to tell you how to get to the lobby, beach, condos, etc. Everyone was getting lost to the point of it being kind of scary. Staff at the front desk didn’t know how to get anywhere either. When we asked for help, they couldn’t assist. No map of the building or indication of where exits were incase of an emergency. Dangerous. We had a disabled guest who really struggled to get access to the amenities. It was also unclear in the listing that there was no outdoor pool, only indoor.

Beautiful ocean views! The condo was beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We also really enjoyed the hotel bar—the atmosphere was great, and the live music was a definite plus.A few things we wish we had known before booking: Getting to and from the actual condo was probably the biggest negative for us. You have to take two separate elevators to access the floor, which became a hassle, especially during busy times. On several occasions, the wait for the elevator was so long that we ended up taking the stairs instead.Since this is a condo/hotel property, there were also a lot of people coming and going. When arriving and departing with luggage, guests are not permitted to use the luggage carts themselves, so we had to rely on bell service.Lastly, the primary bedroom mattress was extremely firm—honestly, it felt hard as a rock—which made it uncomfortable for us.Overall, the condo itself was beautiful, well-equipped, and had an amazing ocean view. We enjoyed our stay, but the elevator/access situation and the very firm mattress are things we would have appreciated knowing ahead of time.
