Casa Caricaco is a brand-new beachfront home that epitomizes the term “barefoot luxury living”. This stunning contemporary architecture jewel sits in a 1.5-acre sandy piece of paradise right in the center of Santa Teresa.

No other house in the area seats so close to the water; literally 30 steps from the high tide line. You will be fascinated by the deafening sound of the Pacific Ocean waves crashing next to you.

Our home features a large pool, 4 bedrooms/5 bathrooms, an open space living area with comfortable lounge seating, a dining table for 14 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances. All bedrooms and living spaces have an amazing ocean view and direct access to the beach.

Each of the two master bedrooms has a king size bed plus a day bed perfect for a child. One of the secondary bedrooms has two queen size beds, and the other has a queen bed and two twin beds. All bedrooms have a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks and upscale toiletries.

The spacious outdoor terrace around the pool is the perfect place to enjoy the refreshing sea breeze while lounging in our sunbathing chairs and enjoying your favorite drink and music...

This unique property is located in the heart of Santa Teresa and is buffered from the hustle and bustle of town by a pristine forest of “pochote” and “Almendro” trees. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, surfshops, etc, or just chill in the peacefulness of your home. You will be “in the middle of everything” but will feel “away from it all”.

Pure magic!

I can’t believe I never wrote a review for this place. It’s been almost a year since my family and I stayed at Casa Caricaco, and I still think about it all the time. The day we arrived, after a long trip from San Jose… entering this magical property made it all worth it. As we walked in, the home’s stunning interiors opened right up to the beach at Santa Teresa as a backdrop. That moment is burned into my memory.Each day felt like a dream. Waking up in this beautiful, peaceful space surrounded by nature, with the design of the home so perfectly in tune with the environment, made every moment feel special. We spent afternoons by the pool watching howler monkeys move through the trees above us and caught some of the most incredible sunsets just steps from the house.The service was equally unforgettable. Everyone who helps take care of the property was incredibly warm and kind. Rodrigo, the chef provided by the house, was amazing. Every meal he made with fresh local ingredients was both thoughtful and delicious.This was my third time in Costa Rica and my second in Santa Teresa, and without a doubt, it was my favorite trip. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

The best villa in Santa Teresa!

We stayed at this property in June for our annual girls' trip and were blown away with how amazing everything was! It's even more beautiful in person versus online pictures. We were there a week and never saw a nicer property than this one. The location is perfect as well! Ale, our host, was so friendly and knowledgeable and did everything she could to make sure our stay was a fun and memorable one. I would most definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to visit Santa Teresa!

Perfection!

This home is just perfect! The photos actually don’t do it justice; it is actually larger, more elegant and more beautiful than even the photos suggest. Walk three minutes out the security gate and you are right in town, but at the house you can’t hear anything other than the waves from the ocean; it is absolutely quiet!. The house opens to a spectacular pool which then leads you to a huge outdoor space , blending right into the beach. The sunsets are to die for! The house and the grounds are perfectly pristine. Ugo is a pleasure to deal with and the house staff is wonderful; lovely people, easy to work with and dedicated to making your experience one you will never forget. Security is superb. . I have been coming to this area since 2013 and this home is without doubt the best rental home in Santa Teresa for everything— ease of access, aesthetics, beach location, access to town yet quiet, and service. A real gem.
