Welcome to Santa Teresa's Barefoot Oceanfront House set on over an acre of tropical gardens stepping onto a white sand beach which stretches miles in both directions.

Casa Salina has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a kitchens with a dinning area. All four bedrooms are more than spacious, detailed custom and high ceilings. Two of the master suites have their own bathroom and one of them a bathtub.
A dining area that seats ten. Large patio and a private pool with custom made teak patio furniture for your outside living enjoyment. The house is all opened up to enjoy the outside elements and all the rooms closed to enjoy the air conditioned. You couldn't get any closer to the sounds, smells and feel of the blue Pacific Ocean. Unlimited surfing right out your front gate. This beach has been rated #5 in the world for the most consistent waves. A surfer’s paradise. Please note, we do not rent to separate parties at the same time.

Comes with full staff to cater to all your needs, including security company 6pm to 6am every night exclusive to our property only, gardener/caretaker, housekeeper, and manager/concierge. The grounds could be described as a 'park-like' setting, lush and beautiful with a variety of trees and plants. Howler monkeys during the day and fireflies at night. We are walking distance to markets and great restaurants. Located right in the prestigious area of Santa Teresa. Private yoga classes, massages, gourmet chefs, can be brought to you in the comforts of your own home. Enjoy your favorite meals while tipping your toes in the sand.

Location, Location, Location!

Beautiful and private gated property. Rooms and entire grounds were cleaned every day of our 10 day trip. We were in the edge of Santa Teresa but tucked away in a quiet property. We chose to rent atvs for the week and took those as far as Manzanilla in one direction and Curu in the other for various activities. The adults enjoyed their stay as well as our children from ages 3 to 8.

Incredible property

Simply blown away by the place. Would go back in a heartbeat. We extended our stay two days. A 10/10 property. The cleaning staff and gardener were very friendly and did a fantastic job. Definite pride in their work place. Pictures do not do justice to the place.

Beautiful house

This house is beautiful. We could have stayed here for months. The kitchen and living area are open air, which we loved. Getting up in the am, making coffee while looking at the ocean and feeling the ocean breeze! Phenomenal. However, if you are looking for an air conditioned community space, there is none. The rooms all have private air conditioner which is nice to sleep. The pool is small but served our purposes well. The beach in front of the house is rocky but great for walking. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance you can think of. This is absolutely a place you could bring friends/family and groceries and cook for yourselves and stay a few weeks. I highly recommend this house. The host was responsive and always helpful! We are already talking about how to get back to this house and stay longer next time.
