This well-appointed property really has it all. Inside there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room and two living areas, the main one boasting a Cheminees Phillipe fireplace.
The Space:
The main bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe, two of the other bedrooms open up to the wonderful garden, and the other to a private courtyard. However, it is outside that sets this property apart. In addition to the four decks, there is a solar heated swimming pool with wet bar and barbecue, a fire pit, two more outside settings. The property is situated on the beach side of the Great Ocean Road in a quiet cul- de- sac. Located within a ten-minute walk to Gully beach, 300 metres to the clifftop walk track, and a short walk to Aireys cafes and shops.
