Sleeping up to 7 guests, you`ll have all the space you need with two storeys & spacious paved outdoor area.



Walk to a selection of local cafes on offer in this sought after area or enjoy the large park opposite and get anywhere from the bus route on the same street.

This townhouse is located in a complex of 3 (three), this property is located to the rear of the complex so you will have privacy and is very quiet, you will have the entire property (standalone townhouse) for your use, please see below for what the property contains:



STAIRS

- Townhouse with stairs inside to take you from ground floor to first floor



GROUND FLOOR

- On the ground floor you will find the front entrance, TV area, dining, study desk for the working traveller, kitchen, laundry & separate toilet.

- NEW KITCHEN (kitchen has been updated - new photos to follow!) electric cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher!

- Paved courtyard with gates on either side so you can let the kids explore and play while you relax and enjoy your stay!



FIRST FLOOR

- On the first floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with storage and one bathroom

- The bathroom comes with a separate shower, bath & vanity

- The main bedroom has a KING bed and ceiling fan

- The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed

- The third bedroom has a bunk bed - single over double



PARKING

- Parking bays outside the townhouse for 2 cars (depending of the size of your cars)

- Free street parking

- Please adhere to our parking instructions listed in our check-in instructions.

- Please do not park in the communal driveway as this obstructs other residents from moving their vehicles. There is a NO PARKING sign in the communal driveway outside the property - fines will be issued if guests obstruct this driveway.



Opposite the complex is a lovely park and field perfect for exploring!

Doubleview/Scarborough is a popular family friendly beach side suburb in Perth`s northern suburbs! There`s plenty to do and see (for all ages!) you will find..



- Great little parks - perfect for families! In walking distance from the property, you will find a lovely family park!

- Scarborough foreshore - the foreshore is only a few minutes drive away and boasts many cafes, restaurants, BBQ facilities, playgrounds, skatepark, pool etc - a must see when you are in Perth!

- Drift Kitchen (1.1km) - perfect place for a coffee, treat, sit down breakfast, lunch or even dinner!

- The closest bus stop which is located 1 minute walk from the property and it will take you to `Stirling Train Station`. Stirling Train Station has buses and trains to take you north, south or into Perth city - very convenient!



- Uber is also extremely popular and Swan Taxi!



- The property is a TOWNHOUSE and has a set of stairs inside the property.



- All bedrooms and the bathroom are located upstairs.



- You agree to all parking rules as listed in the description.



- This is an older style complex and due to it`s age, the electricity coming in to the apartment can be limited and guests need to be cautious of what is used. To limit power, it is best to not overload the electric switchboard with the appliances and you will be required to turn over a couple of switches in the switchboard. This therefore means that if you need to use the electric hot plate, the hot water switch will need to be turned off and vice versa.
