- Stand-alone home located in a complex of 3 villas. There is a large communal driveway for easy access. Located close to an intersection with traffic lights.



- There is a double garage for convenient parking. As you enter, you`ll notice the private entrance with a secured pedestrian gate, providing both privacy and security. The front door is equipped with a modern digital door lock for your peace of mind.



- The first bedroom, located towards the front of the property, offers a view out to the side of the property. It features a stylish queen bed frame with a comfortable mattress, bedside tables, and lamps on either side for your convenience.
