Beautiful studio apartment in Duck Creek Village, Utah located in the gorgeous Southern Utah mountains. Accessible year-round, you can enjoy all seasons in comfort. ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a locking door and includes a king-size bed and full closet. Full bathroom, kitchen, dining area and full size queen Murphy bed couch complete this ideal sanctuary away from the heat.

My husband grew up in Duck Creek and I grew up in Cedar City, just 29 miles west of Duck Creek. We love the Southern Utah area and the beautiful hikes, rides, and activities that we can do outdoors in the beautiful landscape. We love Duck Creek and the sanctuary and want to share the amazing area with others.

Very comfortable apartment provides a perfect location for exploring the surrounding national forests and multitude of hiking trails, ATVing or snowmobiling while still enjoying the comforts of home. After a fun day outdoors, you can sit back and watch a movie, BBQ your dinner, or just enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
