On the ground floor of each home, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the stay. Comfortable lounge seating and TVs invite relaxed movie nights, while the eight-seater dining settings create an easy space for shared meals. A second living area in both homes provides a cosy retreat, giving younger guests their own space to relax. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances, including ovens, dishwashers, and Nespresso coffee machines, along with cookware and generous bench space for preparing meals together. Sliding doors open onto spacious backyards with outdoor dining settings and Weber BBQs, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow for long lunches, evening drinks, or watching the kids play on the grassed areas. An interconnecting gate between both backyards allows the homes to function seamlessly for larger groups.

Each home features a ground-floor primary bedroom with a king bed, mirrored built-in robes, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Upstairs, two additional queen bedrooms offer calm and comfortable spaces to unwind, while the bunk rooms with tri-bunk configurations are ideal for children or extra guests. The upper-level bathrooms include a shower, bath, vanity, and toilet, while separate laundries with washers, dryers, and ironing facilities add convenience for longer stays. Ducted heating and cooling throughout both homes ensures year-round comfort, and garage parking is available for up to four vehicles.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
