Wonderful location. Great space. Unfortunately, we got a parking ticket because there was nothing in the check in about parking in the front. Tried contacting management several times for different things and never received responses.

We are thrilled to hear that you loved the space and that the location was perfect! The 1925 is definitely a cool spot and we love that you enjoyed it. We do our best to inform guest of where to park by having instructions including in the listing, check in instructions and Property manual onsite. I hate that you missed that information. There is free parking behind the unit and other paid and free options are also listed so this doesn’t happen. Thank you for allowing us to host you and we hope to see you again soon!
Location was great. Loved the Christmas light display 2 short blocks away. The place was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We would recommend this place. One of the bedrooms is in the back of the apartment. The other is in the living room dining room area. Worked great for our son, but might not be great is you are wanting 2 private bedrooms.

Not worth the $$$
The parking area was sketchy. The front door was extremely hard to open. The apartment was very old & smelled the same. There were 2 ac window units, so the place was always warm. The couch had no legs, so it felt like you were sitting on the ground. Probably not a great place to take kids due to all of the marijuana smoking in the building.
The decor was cute though.

Hi Debbie! Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention, our company strives to have made your stay relaxing and memorable and I can understand your frustration when you run into bumps along the way. We are available 24/7 for our guests and we would have loved the opportunity to take care of these issues for you while you were here and make this a positive experience. I thank you again for the feedback and the opportunity to make corrections and provide an even better experience for the next guest. I hope we get an opportunity to do better for you soon!
Pros: The location is amazing, we literally walked everywhere downtown because this place is so close to everything. The balcony was cool, but there were no twinkle lights as advertised. We found them stuffed in a closet. Place was mostly clean—dusting needs to happen in places one wouldn’t normally dust. This isn’t necessarily a pro or con, just a fact. Not bothered by it and it didn’t impact our stay. But that’s why I gave 4 stars on cleanliness and not 5.
Cons: Parking. The listing says you have your own parking spot in the alley behind the building. But the thing is…. There are two other homes right behind this building and there’s probbaly enough spaces for about 5 cars? When we arrived, all spots were taken. So we ended up parking in the public parking most of the time across the street. BUT! You can only do this on weekends when it’s free, otherwise gotta feed a meter.
This cute place has window units for A/C, so make sure you’re good with that, as they either freeze you out or make you balmy.
This place was perfect for our weekend trip. We really enjoyed Fayetteville and Devil’s Den State Park.

Thank you for the feedback, Tissa! I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us! I'm sorry that you experienced issues with the cleanliness while you were there, but I wanted to let you know that we have since overhauled our housekeeping department to make sure our housekeepers are cleaning things more thoroughly and that our inspections team is holding them accountable so that we can keep our cleanliness standard where we want it to be! The unit does have window units that work GREAT to keep the apartment cold or warm, but they definitely take some working with to find that perfect balance. There is a ton of parking but as with any location in the heart of downtown, it can be quickly taken by anyone visiting in the area. We are always happy to direct our guests to the closest free spots when they ask! We hope to have you stay with us again!
The photos online are very deceiving for this property. The photos make it seem spacious and it is obvious that the photos have been edited to be appealing to the eye. The area was average, however, there were several times we felt unsafe. In particular when we had to park in the back alley late at night. The location was the best part about this property as it was easily accessible and a quick walk to everything.

Thank you for the feedback. We do have all of our properties professionally photographed to show our potential guests the layout, furniture, and finishes. Our listing provides detail of this property which includes amenities, parking, and other information you needed to know during your stay. This property is in a downtown location in the middle of the metro, we would be happy to help you find a space that will better suit your needs the next time around! We would be glad to host you again!
The property was exceptionally clean. Location was excellent. The window heaters made it tough to be comfortable in the colder temperatures and the dry air blowing. We would have liked to see a few more pots/pans for cooking. Highly recommend!

Hi John! We appreciate your honest feedback on the window heaters. We've actually remedied the problem by purchasing high-powered space heaters for those extra cold nights and regarding the pots/pans we have addressed those as well! Thanks again, John!We are hoping we could have the pleasure of hosting your stay next visit! :)
Wi-fi was often weak and service went in and out. Tv did not offer local channels; had no tv when wi-fi was down.
Unit was older but nice. Great location for access to downtown Fayetteville.
