Welcome to our beautiful family home in Newport – a modern, fully furnished retreat that offers comfort, space, and an unbeatable location near the beach and public transport.

This two-storey home features 4 cosy bedrooms upstairs, including a spacious master bedroom with a private balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, there's a large guest room with a sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or extended families. The house was once our family home, so it's thoughtfully equipped with everything a family needs to feel truly at home.

You'll love the open-plan living area downstairs, with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining space, and generous lounge area for relaxing and sharing meals. There are two Smart TVs – one in the upstairs lounge and one downstairs – perfect for entertainment and keeping everyone happy.

Step outside to enjoy a sunroom and small garden at the back – ideal for a morning coffee or quiet evening unwind.

Good sized house. Amenities you assume would be there were not replenished in kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room so we had to go get ourselves. Washing machine front loader closed and mildew in side. Cupboard of instant coffee all very old and all stuck together. Not enough attention by cleaners to make it all good. AC blew dust out of the vents as well. Grass a foot tall front and back. Good house and location. Just needs the extra touches and attention to detail for the price.
