Beautiful property , clean, and loaded with everything you need!, Close to the beach and to down town . We had an amazing time and the home owners were very kind and helpful . We totally recomend booking your vacation at this cottage , you can stay in and enjoy a nice camp fire, barbeque, play games , relax or go out and have fun. everything is super close . We are planning on renting this cottage again next summer. Thank you to our host for such a nice experience

It was very spacious with 2 floors and basement for laundry! Nice backyard with BBQ and bone fire pit we've used and enjoyed! Matt and Kyle are nice hosts, responsive and helpful!

Delightful property close to the Centre of Port Stanley. There is a short cut down to little beach, where the kids loved jumping in the waves. Property has recently been converted into a rental so there were a few little snagging issues, but Matt was quick to resolve. Decent laundry facilities, big bbq/grill..

Overall, we had a decent stay, but there were a few issues that affected our experience.The inside of the property was nicely renovated, clean, and looked like the pictures. The bedrooms were clean, and there were pots, pans, plates, coffee cups, and wine glasses. The coffee maker was not clean when we arrived, but that was an easy fix. The outdoor fire pit was a nice feature, and the outdoor chairs were comfortable and enjoyable.Unfortunately, there was torn garbage bags with garbage all over the driveway when we arrived. I notified the owner immediately and was told it would be picked up, but it was still there the next day with no communication about when it would be removed. It smelled and attracted a lot of bees, so we ended up cleaning it up ourselves. We were told we would receive a refund of the cleaning fee for doing so, and later received 25.The BBQ propane tank was also empty and had to use our own until a new one arrived. There were no regular drinking glasses in the kitchen. The bedrooms also had no hooks or places to hang clothing.The property is also not very accessible, particularly for anyone with mobility challenges. With some improvements and better communication, this could be a great place to stay. Based on our experience, though, we would likely choose somewhere else next time

Overall a lovely stay! Nicely renovated, comfortable and lots of room for the family. A few updates would make this a five out of five. My elderly father had some difficulty with the steps in and outside of the house as there is no railing on the inside and the outside going to the backyard is quite a step down. I would suggest that a fan could be used upstairs to even out the temperature between the two rooms as the one room didn’t receive much air-conditioning. We also had difficulty with a circuit breaker when too many things going in the kitchen, but we were able to fix. Better labelling of the circuit board would be helpful. Location was excellent!

This was a great vacation spot for our family. The proximity to the beach and downtown area was ideal. The place was clean, as described, and had everything we needed. We’d come back!
