Thank you for the wonderful 10/10 review! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and found it to be the perfect, relaxing getaway. Thank you so much for this incredible review! Hearing that the cabin was exactly what you needed for a relaxing extended weekend truly makes our day. We always try to stay a step ahead with our messaging to make sure everything goes smoothly, so it's wonderful to know that stood out to you. I also love that the cabin passed the height test! It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back to any of our properties whenever you need another break.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that you had an enjoyable, relaxing weekend and found the cabin clean and the bed comfortable. We really appreciate your detailed notes, and we'd love to clarify a few things for you and future travelers: The Spiral Staircase: The custom spiral staircase is definitely a unique and beautiful signature feature of our tiny home's design, though we completely understand it requires a bit of extra care, especially when dark in the middle of the night! Lake Access & Amenities: We apologize for any confusion regarding the layout. The cabin sits on a shared several acres with one other lake house cabin that we also manage. The dedicated lakefront area, dock, and outdoor shower are shared exclusively between these two properties. Because both cabins are part of our resort family, you don't have to worry about random neighbours. Coffee Filters: I really apologize that you had to make a trip down to town just to grab coffee filters! We've taken note of this and are making sure our turnover team keeps these items perfectly lined up and easy to spot right next to the machine going forward. Thank you again for recommending our cabin as a great place to relax in this beautiful part of Manitoba. We would love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for leaving us a great review and for staying with us! We’re really happy to hear that you found the amenities to be in very good condition and clean, and that you enjoyed your stay overall. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback as well. These have been respectfully noted. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Thank you so much for your wonderful 10/10 review! We are thrilled to hear that you had an amazing time and were so pleased with everything, from the easy check-in to the cleanliness of the cabin. It’s always a delight to know our guests appreciate the little touches like the complimentary wine and the use of the kayaks. We are also glad to hear that your unexpected encounter with the bear was brief and without issue—that's always an unforgettable and memorable part of a cabin getaway! You were a fantastic guest, and we would absolutely love to host you again the next time you're in the area.

Thanks for your review and your honest feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the cabin and found the pictures accurate. We are so sorry for the issues with the bathroom lights and especially for the maintenance person's unexpected visit. We sincerely apologize for making you feel uncomfortable. We have already fixed the lighting situation with new, reliable fixtures. We have also put a guide in place to ensure all guests are informed of any scheduled maintenance in advance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back again soon!
