Welcome to your dream getaway in this stunning 5-bedroom family home, where luxury meets comfort. Nestled in the magnificent Mornington Peninsula, this property promises an unforgettable stay with its expansive living spaces and fantastic amenities. Just a stone-throws away from the Mornington shops, beach, shopping centres, wineries and the racecourse
The space
Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed, walk in wardrobe, shared access to main bathroom, air conditioning, garden view
- Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, TV
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed, TV, shared access to main bathroom
- Bedroom 4: 1 King Bed, 1 King Single, TV, shared access to main bathroom, shared balcony access
- Bedroom 5: 1 King Bed, TV, ensuite, shared balcony access
Living Areas:
- Upstairs Living Area - This area of our home is based on having fun, especially for a wide range of ages from the very young to the very old and in large groups. Some of the included activities are a full 7.2 surround sound home entertainment speaker system with an 85 inch TV screen with Foxtel & internet access, 10 seater couch with electronic recliners & cup holders, a pool table, fusball table, table tennis table, games cupboard, kids corner and access to balcony
- Downstairs Living Area 1 - This area is designed for smaller intimate gatherings for those wishing to get away for a quieter time. Includes items such as comfortable couches sitting in-front of a 65 inch TV with a 5.1 speaker theatre sound system including Foxtel, Chromecast and bluray player. This area also includes a full wall unit / bookcase and 10 seater dinner table.
- Downstairs Living Area 2 - This area is designed to be a more intimate and formal living dining area. This includes a 8 seater dining table and couches
- Modern Gourmet Kitchens - Equipped with top-of-line Miele & Smeg appliances including wide oven, steam oven, coffee machine, plate warmer, gas top plate, induction hotplate, deep fryer and microwave. Kitchens and all cabinetry around the house include granite bench tops
- Indoor Heated Magnesium Pool - Pool building includes a 12m x 7m magnesium pool with a 4 foot and 6 foot deep ends as well as a large spa including multiple jets, floor grid and massage grid. Magnesium pools offer benefits such as healthier, softer skin and reduced irritation compared to chlorine pools. Magnesium also has health benefits such as improved muscle recovery, stress relief and better sleep quality. As part of the pool building we also have a gymnasium, a toilet & shower room and a large laundry with dual washer dryers & iron. Adjacent to the spa is a large TV with speaker sound system throughout the entire pool area with Foxtel available
- Function Room - This area contains a projector with 100 inch screen and outdoor type seating. There are also cooking facilities part of this room which include, a gas plumbed BBQ, large charcoal spit with 4 rotisseries, commercial standard deep fryer, sink and fridges with filtered water. Also included is a professional disco ball for those who love to dance
- Outdoor Spaces - The property also includes a large open backyard with plenty of room to kick a ball or for the kids to run around. The garden is fully landscaped with year round fruits trees. We also have a few permanent residents including some chickens and a kookaburra named Jerry that visits our balcony
- Parking - There is plenty of room for parking in both the large garage and driveway
