Bright and airy, stylishly renovated cottage in a quiet residential area walking distance to station, show grounds and the main street shops. A great base for a weekend away exploring the local beaches, walks and wineries or if attending a wedding or event in the showgrounds.
Three bedrooms with super comfortable Queen beds and ceiling fans. Simple kitchen with cooktop, new oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave. Sitting/dining area with dining table for six, games table and books for you to browse. Separate sitting area with lounge, HD TV, DVD player. Office/study area with desk and travel information. Broadband wi-fi throughout. Reverse cycle air conditioning
External laundry with washing machine and dryer, external toilet.
Large covered outside dining area, bikes available for use around town.

We loved staying at number 54 , it is a great 60s style house , spotlessly clean with plenty of living areas ,and a fully enclosed yard for our dog ,comfortable beds and close to all the cafes etc . Nigel was a great host excellent communication and lots of thought put into what a guest might need , the map room was like a information centre . Highly recommend a nd looking forward to staying again in the future , Neil

House was great and yard was fully enclosed and very safe for our dog. Older style house in keeping with others in Berry, but well decked out, outside area outstanding in all weather conditions. Every necessity was supplied. We had a great time.
