This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring classic Tommy Bahama décor that sets the tone for relaxed luxury. The living room boasts gorgeous golf course views, ample natural light, and a generous seating area, accompanied by a 77-inch Smart TV. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and living space. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs and features stainless steel appliances along with ample storage space and stunning golf course views. The breakfast bar offers seating for four, making it ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. The dining table comfortably seats six adults and is perfect for dinner parties. The office/den space is ideal for those who still may want to work, and delivers a queen-size Murphy bed for overnight guests. Ceiling fans are located throughout the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Property features Hunter Douglas electric window treatments. The property features a full-size washer and dryer, and one-car garage parking. Additional parking is available in the driveway.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a spacious closet for guests to use. Additionally, there is a 55-inch Smart TV available for guest use. The guest bedroom has a King bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a large closet, and plenty of natural light.

Perfect Stay!

What a beautiful home. This two bedroom is wonderfully furnished and comfortable as your own home. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you may need. The bedding and bath towels were quite nice. This home has an amazing large patio with table and sitting area with a fire pit. The patio looks out to the golf course and pond with a water feature. While we were there, there were swans in the pond. The home is quite near the club house which has a restaurant and bar along with golf, pool and fitness equipment. We will certainly try to stay here again.

Extended Girls Weekend

We booked this place for a long girl's weekend with my sisters. The location was perfect! Very close to El Paseo with lots of restaurant and shopping choices. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The outside patio was huge and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. There are 37 pools/hot tubs in the community to choose from. Some are more shaded than others. The home is located on the 5th hole green with lovely views of the pond. The club house was within easy walking distance. We will definitely book again in the future!

Private, perfect location, comfortable and clean

This location on the golf course is the best in all of Palm Desert. There is a palm tree lined pond just off the patio. It blocks golfers from walking by and prevents direct views of the patio. Our private oasis felt so peaceful for a quiet morning coffee and to watch the sunset at dusk. It’s a sort walk to a pool at which we were the only guests. We brought floaties, margaritas and a speaker. Listening to Jimmy Buffett and chilling made for perfect afternoon. Inside it’s like a brand new house. As I sat in the great room and looked around, I thought to myself “This is exactly how I would have decorated it”. The counter, which separates the kitchen from living room, facilitated a lively game of card. It also was an ideal spot to get caught up on computer work but still feel part of the group. We grilled out on the patio as well as prepared a special dinner in the dining room. The necessary plates, cups, utensils and grilling supplies were all available for both casual dining and an elegant dinner. It’s rare to stay at a place where the beds and pillows are so comfortable. The pull down Murphy bed in the office is a great use of space and the large sofa in the living room was perfect for a nap. It’s located down a quiet street, and a short drive to the Main Street with the shops and restaurants. Following an afternoon at the pool, we hit the happy hours then came home and chatted around the fire pit. It has a top of the line patio set as well a table and chairs. I don’t know what it is about this home, but from the moment I stepped through the door, I felt my shoulders lower, my body relax and the worries of the outside world slip away. I went home calm and recharged and will definitely be back.
