Family vacation

Very clean, spacious house with good access to Orlando attractions. The large outside area and open living room were great for entertaining a family of 13. The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms, game room and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The pictures make the place look amazing but in real life, it is filthy and disgusting. Everything has mold on it from to the kitchen sink to all the shower curtains the tubs don’t drain. The pool was disgusting. The AC filter was horrible. There was Cheerios all over the place when we eat upon arrival and it was hot hot hot AC house never cooled under 77. It was so hot and disgusting in there that’s why everything is moldy. The host tried to come clean while we were there. I refused. They still tried to come in even though I refuse didn’t know someone was home. That was unacceptable. Everything should’ve been clean before my arrival not during my arrival. Very disappointed I rent many houses 2 to 3 times a year. This was by far the dirtiest I’ve ever rented.

Response from VrboOwner on 28 Jul 2026
We’re sorry the home did not meet expectations. When concerns were raised during the stay, our property manager promptly offered to inspect and address them, but access was declined. Records from the stay show that the HVAC system maintained temperatures below 70°F, and a pool technician inspected the pool on June 22 and documented that it was clean and in use. Pre-arrival photos also documented the home’s prepared condition. We take cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety seriously and remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained stay.

We’ve stayed at this property twice now. The first time for two weeks and the second for three. We also hope to go back. The property is fantastic! It’s spacious, immaculately decorated, wonderfully clean and it has everything you could possible need. Our point of contact during our recent stay, Gwen, was so friendly and always on hand to answer any small queries we had. I couldn’t imagine going to another villa for our Orlando vacations now.

How’s was amazing. Owner was attentive and great at communication. We’ve been renting in the Orlando area for many years and this is the first house we will definitely rent again.
