The place was overall amazing! It was extremely clean, not just the indoor but the exterior as well. Every morning they would come and clean the pool. The host Evans was always available and ready to help with any questions. I was able to host a birthday party there for my wife which is pretty rare for my many times that I've been to Punta Cana there is usually a low guest limit for visitors, this place sleeps 8 but allowed up to 25 total at the time. This place is located in Cocotal which is by far one of if not the safest of neighborhoods in Punta Cana. You see many villas with their sports and luxury cars parked outside all around the beautiful golf course, so it's a very high end location. The only negative I would say is since it is so secure, it can be a bit of a hassle with Uber drivers and food delivery if they don't have a QR code to enter the gated community. Evans was always quick to make them a pass but still it's something to be aware about.
