Luxury Villa -5 Bedrooms Bavaro/Punta Cana

Thank you for your most recent stay. I am sorry the accommodations were not to your liking. As for the AC Unit, I was NOT aware it was malfunctioning. When I was informed, I immediately dispatched the AC Tech to fix it. And, as for TV's? The advertisement on VRBO clearly indicates NO TV's. Hope we can have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

First of all, I am very sorry you were disappointed with your stay at my villa. FYI - the villa was built in 2007, not in the 1970's. I thank you for noticing the espresso machine which is absolutely not intended for use, as this was the original machine purchased by my late father who recently passed. I keep it there as a memory on his behalf, as he loved staying at the Villa and drinking espresso. As for the outside grill and as we discussed, the advertisement does not list any outside grills. You seemed extremely irritated over this particular issue which seemed to fuel your displeasure with everything else in the Villa. I strongly suggest in the future, you read the details in the booking and ask more questions. The villa is 19 years old and located in close proximity to the ocean, so constant maintenance is required which we try our best to address for all guests. You did communicate very well with me right up until you arrived. Any minor issues you had were all addressed by my housekeeper. But the grill was your tipping point. I also offered to pay 50% for purchasing you a new grill, but you were non responsive to my offer. As for the beach, I'm sorry but I have no control over destination weddings. They do allow you to stay on the beach, but off to the side under the umbrellas. Once again, if you would have spoken to the restaurant personnel, they would have guided you accordingly. As for the AC units, I was informed they all worked properly with the exception of a small water leak which has since been repaired. I am not aware of any issues with the refrigerator. However, prior to your arrival, I did purchase a new stove, dishwasher and washer/dryer. We have 4 pool chairs, sorry no cushions. In 19 years, no one has ever complained about pool cushions. I have a private villa, not a resort. As for my kitchen, I'm sorry you don't like it, but Renovating the entire kitchen is really not an option right now. In closing, i bring to your attention your booking reservations. You ONLY booked for 2 people. You had more than 2 people at the house. So basically, you lied on the reservations to pay less money. I let it go because you were staying for 2 weeks and you had a little baby in the mix. In my world, that's a lack of transparency.

The Villa is advertised with no television. Small island frogs enter the house if you keep all the windows and doors open. Not sure about your roach problem, we've never had a problem, furthermore, your personal text messages to me were 5 star and incredibly positive all the time. Fellow VRBO Owners beware! This guest still owes $$$ from his brief visit. He has refused to pay the additional fees, via VRBO. Phone calls to collect the additional $$$ are being ignored and blocked. Emails and text messages are also being blocked. A claim has been filed against him. Hence, his roach problem. It's called retribution on his part. Avoid any future rentals! He rented for 1 person, when questioned he changed it to 3 people, and had few other guests stay overnight throughout his entire stay. What a bargain for him. Not good! Stay Away! Zero professionionalsm and integrity !!! Absolutely bo class !!!
