Escape the bustle and surrender to the rhythm of Jervis Bay at this bright, contemporary beach house â an effortless coastal base just a short 5-minute stroll to Callala Beach and Callala Bay (both part of Jervis Bay). Light, cool-tiled interiors flow from a generous designer kitchen (premium appliances, Smeg toaster & kettle, Nespresso, dishwasher, microwave, NutriBullet) into relaxed living areas and a separate media lounge that open to a covered alfresco dining and BBQ space â perfect for easy indoorâoutdoor entertaining.
Photo highlights show crisp plantation shutters, tasteful coastal artwork and a large leather sectional in the main living room, plus a roomy covered entertaining area with plenty of space to dine and unwind. The home offers four bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (one with a freestanding bath), a dedicated home office, ducted air-conditioning and off-street parking for two cars. Sleeps up to eight guests. Approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney, itâs ideal for beach escapes, paddleboarding and relaxed coastal weekends.

- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities â a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the back porch facing the backyard, front of house at right & left hand side. They will be on during your stay.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning all throughout.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word âProfessionalâ in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.
Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
At the Northern side of Jervis Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, backed by a reserve with barbecues and picnic tables and the most amazing white sand beach you have ever seen (puts Hyams to shame!). At Club Callala enjoy delicious food, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola and Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin- and whale-watching cruises depart.
Getting to Callala in the wonderful Shoalhaven region is easy. The drive from Sydney along the spectacular NSW South Coast or east from Canberra is less than three hours.
