This rustic, cosy one bedroom guesthouse is just a short walk to Umina Beach. Nestled in a serene garden, it features a private outdoor sitting area where you can unwind and large sliding doors that open onto it.

Enjoy the peaceful company of free-roaming chickens and cat and admire the lush jungle that backs onto the property. Perfect for nature lovers seeking a tranquil escape with the beach, national parks and local town centre just a short walk away. A true oasis of relaxation and charm.

The space
The studio is located next to our home on our little patch of jungle. The "jungle" is an estuary and mix of bush and palm trees that runs along the creek that backs onto the land. We have affectionately named it the "Jungle Farm" as a nod to our urban farming practises. We keep chickens and bees and have an organic kitchen garden, and are constantly planting new trees!

The studio itself is completely self-contained for your privacy and shares a walkway with the entrance to our front door.

We are an average 10 minute walk to the sand on Umina Beach through the oval off Mt Ettalong Rd. It is also an easy 4 min drive and has parking available for those who prefer to take the car. Guests sometimes stay due to our close proximity to the NRMA holiday park where they have friends during the holidays.

Guest access
The studio entrance is the door directly closest to the carport. We have reserved a space in the carport nearest to your door to make it easier for luggage, coming and going and rainy days.

Other things to note
The studio is a short walk to the beach and is a great place to stay for a holiday, or if you have friends, family or events on in the area. The holiday park is just past the oval behind the beach if you have a larger group looking for nearby spots to book.
