Please note: Hilton and Embassy pools (including Sandy Bottom Waterpark), the Splash Park, and the Sports & Health Club are not accessible to renters. Palmetto Vacation Rentals guests may use private owner pools within the resort.

Guests have full access to the condo, nearby walking paths, and public beach access. Parking is available on-site, and private owner pools within the Kingston Plantation community are accessible to Palmetto Vacation Rentals guests. With nearby restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses, your stay offers both convenience and coastal relaxation.

Other Things to Note
Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
Verification: A copy of your driver's license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Seasonal Access: Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
As a guest, you'll find public beach access perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
