This is such a great place to stay for Myrtle Beach. The owner is fantastic with communication. The property is beautiful and is our favorite place to stay when we visit Myrtle Beach.

A great family escape

Thai is a great place to relax and spend a few days with the family. Walk to the beach, good area and pools, and quiet tondo a nice walk in the morning. Very good and maintained property with all you need to stay confortable.

Just what we were looking for.

Plenty of beds for our 3 kids and 2 grandparents who stayed with us. Plenty of space for everyone in the living room and dinning room to play and eat.

Great Location

The lake view and opportunity to watch wildlife was great at this location. The condo was very well supplied for a week’s stay and the kitchen was the best equipped we’ve stayed in at Kingston Plantation. We enjoy doing a lot of cooking during our stay so it worked out perfectly. The owners were extremely amenable and quickly resolved an initial issue we had.

Safe , friendly and serene

This property was exceptional. Clean cozy comfortable. All your needs very convenient. 4 min walk to ocean and close to any shopping needs. Nestled in a beautiful scenic view. Locked and gated community so safety was never an issue. Would definitely return here.

Overall we a good stay. The unit was not fully cleaned upon arrival so we had to clean bathrooms. But otherwise it was good.

A perfect place.

We arrived in Myrtle Beach after a long day of travel from Seattle and had to make other hotel accommodations because the place we initially booked was horrific. I found Tim's location online, and he was absolutely wonderful to work with. When we arrived at his home, I felt like we were home. It was beautifully done, extremely clean, comfortable and quite roomy for 3 families. The location is perfect, the amenities were wonderful and it truly made the stay the best ever. I would highly recommend this property, you will get the best of everything.

North Myrtle Beach Stay (during the Pandemic June 2020)

Our stay was great. I loved the condo, it was cute, comfortable and nicely decorated. We came to Myrtle Beach just to get out, but we also wanted to social distance. We were able to do that with this condo. Private entry, no lines for elevator, no contact check in. The beach was a 10 minute walk. We drive along the strip but you could do to the shops and most restaurants if you wanted. We just choose to have carry out. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place!

This villa was very nice. Upon arrival, it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were all updated very nicely. Tim, the owner was very nice and helped us the first night because we couldn't figure out how to get the TVs to work. I would recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your place with my family, Tim!
