You are within 5 minutes of everything Walk 15 -20 minutes to Alderney Landing, hop on the ferry to downtown Halifax and spend the day soaking up east coast culture, fine dine and historic Halifax as well as all the arts and culture we offer. Pets only allowed on approval with fee

The bath fan is powered on with the light. While showering, ensure the light is on and remains on for 30 min. afterward to ensure humid air is vented.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on front stairs at any time. Smoking allowed 20 ft. from doors. Do not litter your butts outside.
There are people staying below you. Please refrain from making loud noises, bangs, jumping and keep tv volume at a minimum in their consideration.
