This renovated condo in Villa Verde II is in a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk to the beach and has everything you need for your stay. Air conditioned throughout, private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, beach stuff, and lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable.

Villa Verde II, located just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Tamarindo beach, is a safe, gated complex with security, two pools with lounge chairs, two shaded palapas with seating, and free parking available at the complex, as well as free street parking .
Inside the unit, you will find the kitchen, laundry room, living room, and 1/2 bathroom on the bright main floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes & drinkware, pots & pans, cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker and coffee press, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and a full-sized stove and fridge. A pub table with soft chairs is the perfect place to enjoy your meal or play games.

The two comfy loveseats in the living room offer a great place to relax after a rough day at the beach where you can enjoy watching Smart TV with digital cable or use the dedicated WiFi to stay in touch with family and friends.

The first balcony is accessible from the living room and has a propane bbq available for your use and a cushioned bench so you can sit outside with your morning coffee, listening to the birds.
For your convenience, just off the kitchen is the laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer for your exclusive use during your stay. We even provide the laundry detergent!

Upstairs in the unit are comfortable queen beds in the bright bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and personal air conditioner. The master bedroom offers a second balcony overlooking the garden area and has blackout blinds so that you can sleep in if you want to or take an afternoon nap.

Linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and paper products are supplied for all short-term rentals.
Please note that the unit is located on the 3rd and 4th story of the building with exterior stairs to reach the unit itself.
