Ceci est une maison indépendante, pas un condo. Pas de longs couloirs, pas d'ascenseurs. Une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, buanderie, 2 chambres, 2-1 / 2 salles de bain. Au Costa Rica. Nous l'appelons une Villa et cela comprend votre propre parking privé à quelques pas. Si vous n'avez pas envie de conduire, pas de problème car tout est à distance de marche et c'est vraiment une meilleure façon de profiter de Tamarindo et des habitants sympathiques. L'incroyable plage est à seulement 850 mètres. Plus d'un demi-mille d'aventure au cœur de la ville.

• Cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant une cafetière, un mixeur, des comptoirs en granit améliorés, une barre de repas surélevée et un coin repas séparé avec une table et quatre chaises
• Salon confortablement aménagé, avec un grand système de divertissement sectionnel, une télévision à écran plat avec DVD intégré et un téléphone wifi gratuit pour passer des appels gratuits vers les États-Unis
• Laveuse sécheuse et évier dans la buanderie
• Salle de bain en deux pièces sur le principal
•Placard à manteaux
• Véranda agrandie par l'entrée. Parfait pour lire ou regarder les enfants dans la piscine.

• Chambre principale, avec un lit queen, une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche, climatisation indépendante, ventilateur de plafond et un balcon qui donne sur la piscine

Perfect location, we were easily able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The complex had a lovely pool and gardens to relax at after days a the beach. Host, property manager and caretaker communicated well, and made sure our stay went smoothly!

This was our 2nd visit to Kathy’s villa. We love everything about this location. No vehicle required for our group. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants and beach. The swimming pool, which is lovely and well maintained, was just a few steps from our veranda. The Villa is very well equipped with anything you will need. The host, Kathy, was always quick to respond before our trip. Sonia and Facundo, on site office and maintenance staff, are excellent and very helpful! Tamarindo is a fun location. Lots of lovely restaurants all along the massive beach and lots of shops around town. Will hopefully get back there some day! Cheers and Pura Vida!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay in Casa Colorado! The townhome is perfectly appointed for a family of four, with a fully-equipped kitchen, all the beach and pool stuff you could need, and plenty of linens and towels. Having the most gorgeous pool right in front was also a huge bonus, especially after a day of surfing or excursions. When we left after our 9-day stay, we felt as though we were leaving our home! Everything in Tamarindo center was just a 10-minute walk away, and the Thursday night market, just around the corner, is not to be missed! Do not hesitate to book this wonderful home!

Perfect Costa Rican villa for family of 5

The villa was a perfect size for our family of 5. The property was gorgeous, well maintained and conveniently located in the heart of Tamarindo. Jorge, the property manager was so kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

A slice of heaven

Thrilled to have had a chance to stay at this property. A friend recommended it to us based on their visit last year and it lived up to the hype. Plenty of space for our family of 5 and we all appreciated the supplies in the kitchen, the plethora of towels (and robes!) and beach accessories. Jorge was a great resource and such a nice guy. The girls loved the pool as much (maybe more?) than the beach but the location of the property allowed for us to walk to the many features of Tamarindo.We hope to return!Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the welcome book of recommendations was appreciated!

Amazing experience!!!!

This property was perfect from the moment we got to Tamarindo! The house is basically a 10-15 minute walk from everything in the city. After going out and exploring it was great to get in the pool to relax and cool off. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make this vacation to Tamarindo absolutely perfect!!!! We will definitely be booking this place again for a future trip!

Awesome place, great layout

We loved staying in this place - it was the best of the four places we stayed during our two weeks in Costa Rica. The house had a great layout and was well placed right across from the pool. There were several great restaurants within a couple blocks of the places.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having the pool in the front was perfect for our kids, who loved going in on each day. The Thursday night market is a must - amazing food and music. Fabulous location. We will be recommending to our friends!

A perfect stay in Tamarindo

Kathy's place was the perfect base for our one-month stay in Costa Rica. Her home is charming, and the house is perfectly located in front of the pool which was great for us. A short walk to the main part of town and the beach. We loved it and would stay again.

Peaceful haven away from the crowds

We loved this place. Location is great. The managers Sonya and Jorge were fantastic. They went out of their way to find excursions for us and had great recommendations. Everyone was very responsive to our needs. Peaceful haven away from the crowds but close to everything.

Tamarindo Getaway

This property was stupendous. The compound itself was gorgeous and very inviting. It was very private and quiet. The villa we stayed in was very comfortable and well equipped. It was a lovely spot. I have already recommended it to friends.

Great house in Tamarindo

Lee's condo was perfect. We stayed for 9 days the condo is a perfect location to town and we were able to get around with ease. The pool is right out the front door we really enjoyed. Margaritha was great always checking to see if we needed anything if we did she took care of it right away. We would stay again and would recommend to any one visiting Tamarindo.

Fantastic Place in Tamarindo

Our family of four loved staying at Pueblo Colonial. Lots of space, clean and property managers very helpful and always available to answer question or for help. For 5 days this place was our base as we adventured Tamarindo and beyond with a rented golf cart. So much walking distance as well - beach, stores, restaurants and more. I would highly recommend this place with a shared pool right outside the door to enjoy as well.

Great property, loved location, property managers were always available and helpful. We rented a golf cart for ease of getting to beach and restaurants but very walkable which we also did several times. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses and pillows.

I just bought some additional pillows and will bring those down next time. Thanks for the feedback. Mattresses are an interesting thing. I absolutely love our master mattress. Wonderful villa!

This villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We loved having the pool right out the front door, and the gated community was the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo. There are dozens of restaurants (and shopping) within a 10-15 minute walk, and we enjoyed watching the monkeys in the trees during our walks to the beach (about 15 minutes). The villa was fully equipped to cook and we also enjoyed using the grill. We appreciated the designated parking spot as well as the cooler, beach chairs, towels, etc; the villa truly had everything we needed for a fun vacation.

Casa Colorado was the perfect place to spend our week in Tamarindo. The house was well equipped. We loved having the pool right out the front door. A/C units worked great. Extra comfy beds. Felt very safe, and love that Jorge the property manger was onsite. 10/10 would stay again!!

Great Place!!

The house was so cute and cozy. Nice big master bedroom with beautiful large windows and a small terrace. The pool was steps out the front door. Nice and deep on one end which was perfect for our son. Communication was great and we would stay again.

Fun in Tamarinda

Very nice place.Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice pool and BBQ area. We were two couples and had no issues, great value for the money.High marks to Jorge, who looked after us and everything else at Pueblo Colonial. Not only did Jorge look after the property, but he was also a great ambassador for this close knit gated community of 8 Villa's, as well as Tamarinda and also the country of Costa Rica.Although it wasn't a long walk to the beach and downtown area, sometimes we wished it was closer.All in all, we had a great time and met a lot of other people staying in the other Villas.Pura Vida!

We traveled to Costa Rica for the first time in 2016 staying at our friend's house in Playa Junquillal. Gorgeous, fabulous house. But we noticed we kept getting drawn to Tamarindo. I think we came here 3 times during our week. A couple of years later when we visited we knew we would be going directly to and staying in Tamarindo. We stayed at Pueblo Colonial and fell in love with it. The community is just perfect. 8 villas in 1 community. We even like the short walk to the beach. 10 minutes. Not being directly on the beach keeps the noise level down, and as a fitness professional I like the extra bit of exercise.

Our villa is directly across from the pool. Makes it very convenient for a little dip and keeping an eye out on the little ones.

I have fallen in love with Costa Rica and Tamarindo in particular. The water is safe to drink. We enjoy the local culture. We readily eat at the local "sodas" (roadside restaurant) with no hesitation. Street food is one of our favorites. Tamarindo feels like family.

Here's a story to explain. Our first visit in 2016, we booked an excursion through a local surf shop. The Rincon de la Vieja tour. Sergio was our guide. 2.5 years later we are sitting at a beach side restaurant the day we flew in. My husband and youngest walk out to the water, and a man approaches. Aaron is already prepared with the "no gracias" reply when the man says, "Mr. Zimmer I did not know you were in town when did you arrive?" What? Our guide Sergio. We've now gone on several #adventureswithsergio and he feels like family. One of many stories where we see familiar faces and the connection is there.

I would love to host you and your family in our villa. CR/Tamarindo has become our second family, and we consider them "familia". We can connect you with people we see and visit each time we are in town. Let us know how we can introduce you to more of our family <3
