Rob is an excellent host- very forthcoming with info and quick to respond to our questions. The condo was clean and more than enough space for just 2 of us. Easy walking distance to beach and everywhere else in Tamarindo!

We stayed for 9 nights and loved it! The kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was lovely. The property was quiet. We enjoyed the short walk to/from the town and beaches. Rob was an awesome host and offered lots of ideas of things to do. We would go back!

Thank you! This property is a great location. It’s very safe with gate, guard, cameras. A great value as well. Close to the beach and restaurants. Communication was prompt. Unit is well stocked with essentials- beach chairs, towels, dishes, spices, everything we needed! I’m really grateful to have stayed here and enjoyed a lovely trip. I would recommend and I would stay here again. Thank you again.

Location provided a quiet home away from the busy streets. Rob was a great host reaching out to see if there was anything he could help with. Recommend for anyone but especially families.

Great location, fully equipped and close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Only downside is the roads are not paved that lead to it.

Thanks for your review. It would be nice if paved . They only just paved the little streach from that big white building towards our place on that main street . In dry season they sometimes spray malas to reduce the dust and it seems like uts paved . And when it finally rains it smells like BBQ

Rob’s Place is very good

Rob’s place is very good and clean but abit old (toilet seats and pillows need to be changed).Rob is great and very responsive.The place is very close to the beach and restaurants.

Loved this beach getaway!

Rob’s place was very conveniently located to the heart of Tamarindo and to the beach! It had everything we needed including beach towels and chairs which was a huge plus. Highly recommend staying here as Rob was so helpful with recommendations ect.

Great location! Well appointed property. Worked great for our family of four. Walking distance to the beach, supermercado and shops. Everything was as described. Definitely would stay there again.
