Escape to our serene waterfront home, nestled in a quiet street on 2.5 acres of lush flat landscape. Perfect for families, this cozy yet modern retreat offers, swimming, kayak, boat launch, and stunning views. Just 2-hour drive from Toronto and Ottawa, not too far from Sandbank, it's an ideal spot for sports, fishing, unwind, and create lasting memories, close by medical emergency, amenities, cheaper gas and groceries. Enjoy peaceful mornings and breathtaking sunset in this tranquil haven.

Water filtrations: sediment filter, ultraviolet water filter, water softener, and Reverse Osmosis for drink water.

Open areas are freely use by our guests. Locked up Laundry/Living area are 3 single beds can accommodate extended guests during your stay for additional $.

We offer 2 vehicle parking passes for Sandbank visit gratitude for your group to use during your stay, if you happen to lost the parking passes and/or forgot to return at check-out, we'll be asking for replacement cost of $500 for inconveniences caused.

Door code will be provided the night before check-in.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out: -Fishing rods can be used with care, return to original spot before check-out. -All kayaks, paddles and life jackets must be returned to original spot before checkout.
-Unplug all small appliances and lock the door before leaving the cottage. -All garbage bags place in the sunroom. -Township believed in recycling ♻️
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
_Host will require Booker to provide ID held up by the face, ID must match Vrbo portfolio.
- Waiver must be signed before host can process granting access to the property.
