Our vacation home has been designed, furnished and equipped with your stay in mind. Our home is 4500 square feet, with 4 master suites, a gourmet kitchen, a great room, a family room with a pool table and TV, and a separate movie room. There are 4 different outdoor sitting areas, one of which includes a covered patio with an outdoor wood fireplace. It sleeps up to 10 and has plenty of room inside and out.

Each spacious bedroom includes luxury beds, linens and towels, a lounge chair, a full private ensuite and walk in closet. Each bedroom also has a desk & chair and high speed internet connection.

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected and provide beautiful, ever changing views of the Bay of Quinte. The living room is stocked with a diverse selection of books for you to enjoy while warming up to the large fireplace. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably, all with arm chairs, and opens onto the back deck with a double sliding door system. The glass railing provides unobstructed views. Top of the line appliances, soap stone counter tops, a massive island makes this multi-chef gourmet kitchen a pleasure to create stunning meals, quick snacks, or a picnic lunch for an outing at Sandbanks beach.

The covered patio is just outside the kitchen and provides an outdoor dining and sitting area with the added feature of a wood burning fireplace. A Weber barbecue is set up for those who prefer to grill.

The nine foot pool table, couches, and a TV with games like Wii and Kinect are ready for you to enjoy in the family room. A double sliding door provides loads of light and a walk out to another patio. The kitchenette with a full sized fridge and microwave is beside the family room which makes it easy to prepare snacks and drinks.

A separate movie room has comfortable reclining lounge chairs for viewing movies. There are hundreds of movies to choose from or bring your own blue ray or dvd movies, or connect the system to your laptop which is great for viewing family photos together.

Outside there is lots of room to play. You will find a full size volleyball court. We have volleyballs, badminton rackets, soccer balls and other fun outdoor games.

Loyalist House is within a 15 minute stroll from a wonderful Cafe-Brasserie and a full restaurant on Lake on The Mountain. Waupoos Winery and restaurant is a 10 minute drive away. Picton with all it's lovely shops and restaurants is a 10 minute drive. It will take you 20 minutes to drive / explore through the countryside to reach beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park. 2 Sandbanks Passes are included.
