Entertain during tournament week in this refreshed 3 bedroom + Den/Office/4th bedroom & 2.5 bath home located within walking distance to the Peconic Bay & Beach. This house sleeps up to 8 people and is conveniently located between Southampton & Sag Harbor. The adorable home is fully furnished with designer pieces, a fully stocked kitchen and ample linens. The main living area is blessed with an abundance of light provided by the many windows overlooking the front and back yards. A new heated pool has been added with new landscaping and fencing throughout, in addition to a cozy gas fire pit seating area. An office with high speed internet and printer is located on the main floor. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the basement.
The large fenced-in back yard provides a great safe area for entertaining and allowing the kids to play on the swing set or make s'mores on the fire pit. The outdoor dining area seats 8 and is steps away from a Weber BBQ grill. The North Sea bay beach is located a quick 5-7 minute walk from the house. No beach pass necessary as this house has deeded beach access. Bring your kayak or paddle board! Small dogs (20 lbs or less) are welcome.

Upon entering this warm and inviting home, guests are greeted by hardwood floors, designer rugs and an open foyer that leads into the living room with a wood burning fireplace. This open floor plan guides you into a great dining area that seats 8 and into the kitchen with Granite counter tops and designer appliances. The main floor of the home has a den/office/ bedroom and 1 half bath. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Abundant natural lighting from many windows throughout the home adds a warm and sunny feel to all living spaces. Many of the homes furnishings are Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn and other leading manufacturers.
