Fabulous location. Beautiful old gem with plenty of room and a variety of gathering places for a group of friends. Walking distance to many facilities and lots of onsite parking spaces. The walk around the nearby lake is a fabulous option. Would book again. Fast and Easy to communication with host.

The door to the backyard was not functioning. That is a bungalow (separated room from the main building) which has no gas heater, kitchen facilities, no fly screen or security door. As it’s not under the main roof, it’s very inconvenient when it’s raining. One of the bedrooms has two bathrooms and toilet. Another bedroom has no toilet or bathroom attach to it. It’s an old building with a very nice view of Lake Wendouree. Located in one of the upmarket suburbs of Ballarat. It is good for walking excises around the lake. Also it is very close to the main shopping and food areas of Ballarat.
