There is also access to the outdoor shower in the back yard of the Ridgewood House. There is a private porch with private access. There is one parking space that comes with the cottage with on street parking available.

Almost perfect!
Neat, clean and convenient to beach. Would have appreciated necessary info re: check-in, supplies, etc.from the owners instead of us having to reach out for it.
All day landscaping, repairs and loud conversations around the cottage were distracting when trying to relax.Very inconsiderate to paying guests.
