The property offers front-row panoramic views of the Confederation Bridge and open ocean, which is rare in the area. Guests can see both sunrises and sunsets over the water from the suite, creating a signature experience that most inland or residential listings cannot offer. Unlike many rural homes or older properties in the area, the design is modern, stylish with contemporary finishes, creating more of a boutique stay experience rather than a traditional PEI rental or house listing. Many waterfront properties in PEI are remote cottages. This is unique because it offers oceanfront living while still being walkable to local attractions and nearby restaurants.
